Summer Fellowship
We are proud to offer a summer experience for current students and recent graduates to gain exposure to socially responsible, community banking. As part of the program, fellows complete a capstone project, participate in learning sessions and activities during welcome week, learn from incredible leaders and practitioners during our weekly speaker series and end the program by providing key recommendations to the executive leadership team.
We believe in supporting the next generation of leaders and will continue to support the program. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place guidelines, this fellowship will be offered as a work-from-home remote program. As we may need to modify the core components of the program to adjust to a remote, work-from-home experience, we will do our best to support the cohort’s learning and career development.
